yesterday was our last regular opening day before the lock-down. We are very happy about the many customers who have visited us in the last two days and bought their Christmas gifts from us.
The mood was good, your consideration and patience phenomenal. We are very grateful.
It's time to talk about order deadlines:
To other EU countries
The last order date is December 17th if the shipments are to arrive by December 24th. Please feel free to write to us in the message if you would be willing to pay a more expensive shipping carrier for faster shipping.
DHL has already stopped shipping to some EU countries until further notice. It's very difficult for us to always fine-tune our settings. As facts change very quickly and often unannounced.
All shipping service providers are currently extremely overloaded. But some more than others. We have therefore been consistently sending with DPD and UPS for over a week. DHL and Deutsche Post simply take too long and surprise us far too often with unpleasant new facts about the sorting centers and deliveries to neighboring countries.
Orders placed by 10 a.m. on December 18 should end up under the gift table in good time.
For later orders, we have set up the option of express shipping with TNT or UPS.
Update: on December 19th we shipped via DHL because DHL was suddenly sure that they could do it. A DPD sorting center is now closed for this...
We were so sure that click & collect would still be possible, but that's not the case in Bavaria.
That's why we now deliver your orders within a radius of 5 km from our shop on two days.
- -> Order by Friday, December 18th at 4 p.m. and the delivery will come to you on Saturday, December 19th.
--> Order by Sunday, December 20th at 4 p.m. and the delivery will come to you on Tuesday, December 22nd.
We ask for your understanding that we only offer this service free of charge for orders over 80 euros able to offer. Below that it costs 15 euros.
Our shop system has the option of booking orders directly with a delivery service. For this, however, all products must be in our shop. What is in the warehouse is not recorded here. If you want to book delivery but it doesn't work, it's probably because one or more products are in our warehouse in Wolfratshausen.
This is not a problem! We set the deadlines so that we can do it well in time. Simply order as normal and write "delivery" in the order. Or write us an email. Then we will adjust your order afterwards. It makes sense to provide your telephone number for all orders with a delivery service.
With that in mind, let the pandemic not get us down. Stay at home and enjoy the peace that we rarely have otherwise.
