Fluffy Volume Without Feeling Heavy
Mohair gives the blanket its voluminous, fluffy surface while maintaining its pleasant lightness. This allows you to settle down with a book and drape the sofa blanket over your shoulders without feeling weighed down by a heavy blanket. The 130 × 200 cm size offers plenty of room to snuggle up and also looks great draped over an armchair. The wool blanket combines 50% mohair with 48% wool and 2% polyamide.
A Manufactory with a Long History
Since 1930, scarves, shawls, and blankets have been made by the Spanish family-owned company Mantas Ezcaray. Cecilio Valgañón got things started with his hand looms. Mohair was added in 1950 and has been closely associated with the brand ever since. The processing of natural fibers and artisanal expertise continue to shape the manufactory to this day.

Caring for Your Mohair Blanket
For care, Mantas Ezcaray recommends a firm brush, which you should gently run over the surface in the direction of the fibers. The fact that individual fibers may come loose at first is a natural property of the material and not a quality defect.

We always ship by air freight. However, in certain cases, the shipping provider may switch to another method of transport without prior notice.
We mostly use DHL for international shipping. In some countries, DHL Germany hands over the parcel to a local carrier for final delivery.
