Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products except large furniture are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Parcel Shipping

Free shipping for orders starting from 80 Euro (except large furniture).
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

4,90 Euro - 6,90 Euro.  

⚠️ Due to the conditions of our online shop system, it can happen that shipping costs are doubled in the checkout. We will refund immediately upon processing your purchase.

Our most used shipping service providers are currently: DPD, UPS and DHL. We change these depending on the circumstances without prior notice, but try to make special requests possible.

As the addressee, you are obliged to ensure that the delivery address is correct and traceable. (Name on the doorbell!) If this is not the case, we reserve the right to subsequently charge for the shipping costs actually incurred.

 

Freight Forwarding

If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

• 69 Euros for curbside delivery at the nearest available parking space for the delivery vehicle. (You take care of the transport to the point of use yourself.)
• 139 Euros for 2-men-handling to the point of use in your home / office. Our forwarding agency brings the furniture to your home / office.
• 229 Euros for 2-men-handling to the point of use including assembly service. Our forwarding agency assembles the furniture at the point of use and disposes of the packaging for you.

In order to ensure that the process of delivery runs smoothly, you as the customer are obliged to ensure that the furniture can be delivered to your address in accordance with the StVO (Road Traffic Act).
You are also responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be transported to the point of use using 2-man handling.

On request, delivery after 4 pm or on Saturdays maybe be carried out for an additional charge. Please contact us for a cost calculation.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the shipping weight:

Since the prices of the shipping companies are currently not stable, we have to adjust our shipping prices again and again.

The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout after entering your address.

The choice of shipping service provider is based on our internal criteria. We ship with DHL, DPD or UPS depending on the country, situation and recent experience.

We always ship by air freight. In individual cases, however, Deutsche Post / DHL may switch to sea freight. We accept no liability for this.

We currently do not ship abroad by freight forwarding. (So, no delivery of larger furniture is possible outside of Germany.)

Outside of the EU

Please note that customs or import sales tax and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Delivery periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 3-7 days  following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 14-21 days  following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 8 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 21 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Most furniture is made to order. The delivery times are based on the information in the offer. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by the manufacturer or the carrier.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
