Quick pumpkin with pumpkin gnocchi

For almost a year we have almost always been responsible for the lunchtime meals for the extended family. Fast meals are good, because by 4:45 p.m. all the packages have to be packed and in the mail. Yesterday, half of Nauli was on the way to Vienna , and time was particularly short.

Peeked into the pantry and unleashed a bit of creativity on the cooking pot!

This was in the pantry:

Leek, Blue Cabbage, Pumpkin, Ginger, Parmesan and Pumpkin Gnocchetti  by Pasta Nuova from the health food store.

Olive oil heated in a wok and half a leek cut into very fine rings and briefly steamed in it. Meanwhile, slaughtered the pumpkin and cut half into cubes. Two fine slices of ginger, diced and added to the leek. Then add the pumpkin and after a short time pour a glass of water over it. Put the lid on and the pumpkin is cooked. Then add the pumpkin gnocchetti. Add a few fine strips of blue cabbage and simmer for 3 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with Parmesan and Buon Appetite!

It will certainly work with other "ready-made gnocci", as long as they are not too soft.
