Dear friends in the USA,

Like so many small businesses around the world, Nauli & Stories can no longer ship orders to the United States – and we know it will disappoint many of you who have been with us for many years.

When we first went online with our handmade photo albums, DVD cases, planners, and notebooks - almost 17 years ago - we never imagined the wave of enthusiasm that would come from the United States. To our surprise and joy, your response was overwhelming.

Without our American customers, Nauli would never have become what it is today. You gave us courage, showed us that our work had a place in the world, and encouraged us to keep going.

Over the years, the world of logistics, search engines, Etsy, and even world politics has changed dramatically. Costs have risen again and again, yet many of you stayed with us. Every single order meant the world to us – not only because it kept our little studio running, but also because it reminded us of the wonderful people on the other side of the ocean who believed in what we do.

Now, new tariffs and, even more so, the heavy administrative burden that comes with them have forced us to stop shipping to the USA. We wish it were different.

We want to say thank you – for nearly two decades of support, encouragement, and loyalty. You have been an essential part of our journey, and we hope to say hello again, once circumstances are better. 
Until then, please know that you will always have a very special place in the Nauli story.
