Anette Dieng worked as a chef before founding Ekolådan, Sweden's leading vegetable box company. Today she is a writer passionate about helping people understand how food can be produced in a sustainable way.
Ingela Persson is a chef, baker and vegetable lover who writes recipes for Ekolådan. She is the author of several dessert books and the restaurant owner of Brasserie Bobonne in Stockholm, Sweden.

We primarily ship with DHL, but reserve the right to change the shipping provider without prior notice, depending on the situation. We're happy to accommodate individual shipping requests whenever possible.
🛍️ Local Pickup in Munich
You're welcome to pick up your paid order for free at our store, located at the Universität subway station. Simply choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
As shipping rates are currently subject to fluctuations, we adjust our shipping fees accordingly. The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout after entering your address.
We always ship by air freight. However, in certain cases, the shipping provider may switch to another method of transport without prior notice.
We mostly use DHL for international shipping. In some countries, DHL Germany hands over the parcel to a local carrier for final delivery.
