Who Invented This? is a visual journey that shows children how classic inventions and creators paved the way for the modern tools and technology we have today. Did you know that Johannes Gutenberg's invention of the printing press opened up new worlds for large numbers of people or that the very first newspaper was printed in Strasbourg as early as 1605? Did you also know that Levi Strauss, the German-American businessman who first created jeans, said never to have worn them himself?
Who Invented This? is a fascinating trip back through history that shows how now famous scientists and inventors as well as lesser known, but no less creative minds have turned their ideas into great inventions. How they seized opportunities, had faith in their ideas, and the courage to try something new.

The envelopes are so pretty and the variety of sizes is impressive. You could really fit a lot into the largest envelope.
This is my favorite notebook of all I have ever tried, which is very many. If you like warm toned paper with a little bit of texture, this is for you. I use one of these to swatch ink, and even when I put large pools of ink, nothing bleeds. I also don't experience ghosting when writing with fountain pens in this notebook.
Negatives: The space one has to write is smaller than expected. There are tabs along the right hand side to help with navigation, which are great, but they take up space which would have useable for writing. The grid on the right hand page is huge. That means that one also cannot write as much as one normally would in this size of notebook if one follows the grid lines.
Positives: The art is wonderful. Everything is warm and charming and funny. For me this planner is worth it just for the art. The paper has a variety of warmer tones, not just the standard MD cream paper. It still seems to be the same quality (I did a pen test). It is a lovely touch I wasn't expecting.
Overall: If you have a lot of appointments or need to write a lot in your planner, this might not be the one for you. But for me, who has few appointment, and needs some space to tracka few things and write some notes, it should be perfectly fine. Plus, the cats make up for everything else.
