Fresh Air on Schier by StoryTiles – a fresh breeze by the sea

A couple walks along the beach, a scarf fluttering in the wind. Behind them stands a red lighthouse among the dunes, while waves roll onto the shore to the right. In the foreground lie a seashell and a starfish. Marga van Oers combines these little beach moments in the "Fresh Air on Schier" motif to tell a story on a 10 × 10 cm ceramic tile.

A piece of beach vacation for your home

Do you love walks by the sea and the wind on your face? This tile will remind you of a getaway you shared at the coast. It also makes a personal gift for your favorite travel partner or someone who is always longing for the beach.

What are StoryTiles?

StoryTiles are decorative ceramic tiles that tell little stories with their motifs. The brand was founded by artist Marga van Oers; the tiles are handcrafted in the Netherlands. This motif was also created by Marga van Oers.

The tiles are noticeably handmade, and variations in the glaze, whether in color or thickness, give them their very own charm.

Versatile use

With the hook on the back, you can hang the tile directly on the wall. The beach scene can also be displayed in a StoryTiles frame. With cork felt pads, you can use them as coasters; they are also suitable for tiling.
