An seiner Außenseite läuft ein zierliches Pferd hinauf, als würde es gleich über den Rand galoppieren. Dieser kleine, überraschende Moment macht aus einer vertrauten Form ein Stück voller Witz und Poesie.
Ein Alltagsgegenstand, neu gesehen
Die japanische Künstlerin Yukiko Kitahara spielt mit dem Anblick eines einfachen Plastikbechers und gibt ihm durch das feine Material und die künstlerisch gestaltete Tierskulptur einen ganz anderen Wert. Seine glatte Oberfläche lädt dazu ein, ihn in die Hand zu nehmen; das Pferd dazu eine Poetik, die es über alles Alttagsgeschirr erhebt und zum Vitrinenstück macht. So wird auch eine kurze Espressopause zu einem Moment der Achtsamkeit, der bleibt.

🛍️ Local Pickup in Munich
You're welcome to pick up your paid order for free at our store, located at the Universität subway station. Simply choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
As shipping rates are currently subject to fluctuations, we adjust our shipping fees accordingly. The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout after entering your address.
We always ship by air freight. However, in certain cases, the shipping provider may switch to another method of transport without prior notice.
We mostly use DHL for international shipping. In some countries, DHL Germany hands over the parcel to a local carrier for final delivery.
