A whole summer day at the beach
Warm sand, rushing waves, and in the middle of it all, a group of animal friends: Bear and Rabbit cool off in the water, while Fox lets himself be buried up to his neck. Crab decorates his sand shirt with seashells, Pelican takes a curious peek into the picnic basket and discovers a snacking kitten inside. Under the large sun umbrella stands a magnificent sandcastle, ruled by King Crab in his golden crown.
The many small scenes make Day at the Beach a cushion on which there is always something new to discover. Two soft-filled animal friends can be taken out of their pockets and placed back into the beach scene. Together with other Coral & Tusk cushions, it can grow into a personal collection of embroidered stories.
From pencil stroke to embroidery
Every Coral & Tusk motif begins as a pencil drawing by founder and textile designer Stephanie Housley. She plans every stitch by hand before the illustration is created as a detailed machine embroidery on linen.

The front and back are made of 100% linen. The decorative cushion includes two soft-filled animal figures that can be placed in the embroidered pockets.

🛍️ Local Pickup in Munich
You're welcome to pick up your paid order for free at our store, located at the Universität subway station. Simply choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping
As shipping rates are currently subject to fluctuations, we adjust our shipping fees accordingly. The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout after entering your address.
We always ship by air freight. However, in certain cases, the shipping provider may switch to another method of transport without prior notice.
We mostly use DHL for international shipping. In some countries, DHL Germany hands over the parcel to a local carrier for final delivery.
